Please contact us via email or through this contact form as early as possible. Bookings usually take place 6-8 months in advance for weddings, and 2-3 months in advance for birthdays and other family celebrations. Invoice will be issued once your order is confirmed.


We require at least 7-day notice for a cake order. This also subjects to our availability.


To secure your order, a 50% deposit is required within 7 days after the invoice issue date. The remaining balance is due at the latest 2 weeks prior to pickup/ delivery.


Pickup timeframe will be advised in the invoice. Delayed pickup or failure to meet the agreed timeframe, unless notified 24 hours prior and/ or due to emergency, will incur additional fee of $15 per hour that is payable prior to pickup.

Please mind that we cannot be held responsible for any damage once the products leave our premises. (see 'Safe Cake Transportation' below)

In any case that you need your order to be delivered, we will try our best to cater it. Delivery cost starts from $30 and is calculated based on distance from Flourette kitchen. We recommend delivery for cakes taller than 2 tiers.


Any change made within 14 days prior to pickup/ delivery will incur additional 20% fee to cover cost for redesigning and/or loss-of-work already completed.


Cancellation made after deposit is paid will incur $50 administration fee. Refund of paid deposit will not be issued for cancellation made within 21 days of the pickup/ delivery date for orders valued at $300 or below, and within 42 days for orders above $300


To our existing and future clients, As we are grappling to come into terms with the coronavirus pandemic, we understand how it has been a challenging time for the events industries and to you, our dear clients. Whilst social distancing restrictions have been put into place, a lot of weddings, birthday parties and social gatherings need to be rearranged in spite of months and months of planning. We understand you and we want to be as helpful as possible. If you have booked an order and wish to postpone your events, we are happy to reschedule your booking to a later date as long as we are available. No additional charge will be applied. In the case of cancellation for existing and future orders, we want to offer the following options: 1. Full amount of paid deposit will be kept as credits for future use. Credits will be valid for 18 months from the initial event date. 2. If you wish for a refund: • For orders with a total invoice amount of $250 and below: cancellation will require $50 administration fee.* • For orders with a total invoice amount above $250: >>cancellation made at the latest 3 weeks (21 days) before the event will incur $50 administration fee.* >> cancellation made less than 3 weeks (21 days) before the event will incur 20% fee, instead of the 50% deposit set out in our standard T&Cs, to cover the cost of ingredients/materials already prepared.* *) For all order cancellations: if your purchase includes a custom accessory (i.e. cake topper, figurines, etc.) that has already been made, the cost of the item cannot be refunded along with the cancellation fees stated above. Our products are prepared in a premises where peanuts, nuts, and soy are present. Please contact us if you have any dietary requirements. We apologise that we are unable to cater to vegan and gluten-free diet.


Our cake is built with a sturdy structure and packed securely in a cake box to avoid movements during transport. For taller cakes, the lid of the cake box may not fully close. Please drive with extra care and safely place the cake on your car boot/ floor with a piece of non-slip safety mat. Holding the cake on your lap or placing it on top of the passenger seat is highly not recommended. Unless delivery is arranged by our team, we cannot be held responsible for any damage once the products leave our premises. Please contact us for further instructions.


Our cake needs refrigeration to protect the freshness and stability of the buttercream and cake filling. They are best consumed at room temperature (20-40 minutes at room temperature depending on the season) and will stay fresh for up to 5 days in the fridge. Please keep them in the cake box (fully closed) or an airtight container to retain its moisture.
